Official Legal Policies at Netto Invest

There are various acts and bodies that govern the financial planning industry in South Africa. They require that certain official company legal policies are readily available to our clients.

We are happy to comply with these requirements as it contributes to upholding professional standards and makes the industry more transparent for all clients and planners.

Below you will find links to the legal policies that concern our professional conduct and undertakings. If you have any questions or concerns that not addressed by these documents, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to answer any further queries you may have.

Our Treating Customers Fairly Policy

If you have been a client at Netto Invest for more than a hot minute, you know that we take treating customers fairly very seriously indeed. So when the Financial Services Board (FSB) decreed that we needed an ‘official’ Treating Customer Fairly policy, we were delighted to comply.

This policy upholds our deepest values and underpins everything we do. While the terminology is far stiffer than we would use in general conversation, the heart of it is totally sincere.

Our Complaints Policy

Netto Invest has an official complaints handling policy as required by the FSB.

We hope you will not need this process but at the same time we are aware that misunderstandings and errors can happen, despite our commitment to provide you with excellent customer service.

Our Conflict of Interest policy

The Financial Services Board requires that we have Conflict of Interest legal policies in place.

Our Access to Information Guide

In order to exercise or protect rights, Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act No. 2 of 2000 requires that we compile a manual that gives the general public information about the procedure to follow when you request information from us. If you wish to see our Access to Information Guide, please click here to download it in a pdf format.

Further legal policies may be published in the future, as and when Financial Services Board (FSB) and other industry requirements evolve.
